Is coughing up blood bad?

Just today I have been coughing up tiny bits of blood out of my throat/lungs. My throat really hurts and idk what to do. I have taken medicine but it isnt helping. I have a runny nose to and idk why. Is it a cold or... and should I see a doctor?

It is not normal to cough up blood when you have a cold. You should see a doctor.

Definitely see a doctor. Immediately. And tell him/her about your other ongoing throat issues as well.
