in shangri-la zombies, you can get something called the focusing stone. I wonder if one gets it, does everybody acquire "time travel will tell" trophy/achivment?

Yes, Once you have collected the Focusing stone then you will get the trophy, I think everyone does and also you get all power-ups :) If you're still not sure Check Youtube :3
