What is this?

i get itchy on my upper legs and when im not itchy anymore I look at it and I see alot of red-ish bruises like dots on the area I was itchy on. I have no idea what it could be but ive gotten them before. I dont feel any pain , im just itchy. what is it ? is it a disease or an allergic reaction , I have no clue. please help me ? thankss

I think what you get are some sort of rashes. I tend to get them around this time of year on my legs. It can possibly be an allergic reaction if you've eating something you weren't suppose too. If you've recently fell, or fall a lot; then that could be another solution. Try using lotion. It helps me get rid of the itch but I still get the rash over the night.
