How should I go about hanging out with this girl?

I'm currently on summer vacation and I'm really hoping that I can spend some time with this girl that I like before school starts. I know the girl because we go to the same school but that is basically it so it's not like we are friends so haning out seems sort of hard. People tell me that I should just wait and let things work themselves out and maybe become closer to her during the school year but I don't want to wait for that. I feel like the window of oppurtunity is now and even if I dont know her very well I want to hangout with her what should I do?

Does the girl have any say in this? If she feels the same as you do, it will be as simple as "What are you doing tomorrow?..." Again, it isn't all about what YOU want. It takes two.

Also, It's okay. Do you think she likes you? Just, try to hang out more. And trust me, if you force girls to do stuff (not perverted.) They will NOT want to hang out with you. Trust me. Hope this helps a little. :)
