easiest way is to boost your metabolism. this can be accomplished by eating a lot of small meals instead of a few big ones and exercising more. Just eat a salad or some granola bar health crap between meals and save the cake and stuff for special occasions. I'd also suggest going to the gym once or twice a week if your life isnt too busy. Of course if you wanna cheat there is surgery and diet pills but i'd imagine your not interested in that if your posting on here for help.
