Well I have been in this position before. And honestley I think that friends come before crushes. Like my friends say "Bro'z before hoes." kinda a bad saying but it is 100% true.

I do agree with friends come first but if you are serious about this girl then just tell her you like her because in the end it's her decision so you might as well give her the option
