Then why don't you man up and say, "I Like you?" See how that works out.

i will retart bet u it works n go away u r so annoying also I c her in the weekends

Don't be calling Rob annoying. All he is trying to do is help you and you push him away? Let him give his own opinion, or specify your question title or details to let him know that you don't want him to answer. Just saying.
I would probably answer anyway to maintain my image of being annoying. :-)

A serious and direct statement like, "I Like you" can put a lot of strain on a friendship if the other person doesn't feel the same way. The idea is to say it in a way that you can recover your friendship if she rejects the idea. Humor is a good tool to do that.

Example, said with a big smile on your face: "If you ever decide to have a boyfriend, I'd surely apply for that job." If she doesn't follow up on that, she isn't ready for anything any more serious so you should drop it.

I'd say it to her in person.

I agree with Rob. If she rejects the idea, you need a way to salvage the friendship. Humor allows you an avenue to still be able to do that.

If you go the direct approach (saying, "I like you"), and she doesn't feel the same way... well it's just awkward after that. With the distance between you, it would be easy for that awkwardness to turn into, well, nothing...
I also agree with Rob. And like Sky said if she rejects find a way (In my words) to make sure you have a good friendship
There are a ton of ways that you could tell her. But honestly, I think you should man up, and tell her something that comes from your heart. If you go around online looking for answers to tell her, then it won't be as strong. Back to the question, you could be facing a long distance relationship. In which Rob is correct. If you meet in the morning and tell her, then you two would possibly have the rest of the day with each other. Hope this helps.
