How to treat my swollen upper lip

Why me? I just went to the dentist to get a small filling done. They numbed it. [ sorry for the spelling] I started to chew on my lip after and I know I shouldnt of because that made it way worse. Now my upper lip is really swollen. It is on the side of where I got the filling to.

It is really sore. I want it to be gone by the mroning because I have a conecert and I have to sing. And..
A. I cant go out there with a BIG swollen lip
B. It hurts when I sing

I have tryed putting ice on it but it doesnt help. :(

There is also a mark underneath the swollen lip.
Then there is 2 holes on each side of the upper lip.
[There only small. And the holes are on the outside.
Should I go to a doctor or..?

How it feels the next day will depend on the severity of the bite. I would call the dentist and explain the situation. He/she may be able to prescribe a medication that will help.
