What kind of pudding did China and Katniss eat in the hunger games?

So this weekend, I'm cooking a meal based off of the lunch Katniss had with China, during the preparation for the chariot ride. I have almost all of the meal figured out, but the pudding. In the book it says that the pudding is the color of honey but it doesn't say the flavor. What flavor would one say the pudding would be?

Is there anyone that can possibly help me?
