Glow plug removal 6.0 diesel

If it's the Ford Powerstroke that requires a special tool, you'll have to buy, beg or borrow one from a Ford dealer.

Glowplugs in the 6.0 have a very low failure rate. Only replace failed ones, otherwise it's a waste of time & money. That being said, some are a bit tough to reach but not too bad. Be prepared to replace the harnesses as they usually break when you remove them from the plugs.
