Is this bad?

Sorry I am having alot of problems in my life now. -_-
Anyways yeh if I have a red mark on the back of my scalp near the top and when I touch it puss comes out and the puss is white is it bad? I mean should I go see a doctor about this or just use cream or something? It hurts when I touch the red mark to.

It's infected. Clean it off with hydrogen peroxide then put an antibiotic cream on it. Try not to get the peroxide on your hair, it will change the color. Watch it for a couple days, if you see more puss or it doesn't seem to be healing, you need to go to the doc.
