Problem with dell laptop battery.

i have a dell laptop inspiron N5010.my battery bckup is too low and is decresing continuosly.i want to relplace my battery as the system is in warrenty but cusomer care told me that ur battery is performing normally and its normal to have decreasing battery life.i want to replace battery as it has too low battery backup.but they say that under battery health it is written that battery is performing normally.and on scanning with pc-doctor it does not show error.what should I do to replace the battery now as if it will totally stop its functionality after completing the warrenty then it will cost me a lot....

How much time passes between when you disconnect the battery from the charger and when you get the warning that it needs recharging? In other words, exactly how much usable time do you get on a charge?

WPrime battery life test on that computer:

Inspiron 15R N5010 battery life test result

"In the battery life test, we use BatteryMark software to test Inspiron 15R N5010, and we are satisfied that the battery can be last for 3 hours and 37 minutes. In addition, the Inspiron 15R N5010 sold in the market will be equipped with the HD5470 discrete graphics, so the actual battery life time will be longer than 3 hours 37 minutes."

battery life(useable time) is near about 1.30 hours

Explain the above numbers to Dell. Getting only one third of the usage from a product still within warranty says to me that is a defective product.

have contacted them ther said that battery life time is more than enough because it is normal to degrade the battery life over time....they said in battery icon battery health is written normal so they cant change it...

In my view, that information should have been provided to you before you bought the product rather than after. Imagine if you bought an automobile that would only go one third the original distance by the time the warranty runs out. It has the ring of playing "Gotcha" with their customers to me.
