When is it appropiate to ask questions?

If an incidence occurs that really isnt an incidence but you are filling people in two to three days later. Do you think you should tell on the person thats starting all the confusion? I thought we were all adults at the workplace. I am finding out thats not the case.

If the issue affects you or your job, you have a right to make sure those in authority have a clear understanding of what happened. If there are others who are suffering and you have information that would ease their pain, you have a moral obligation to help them. If the issue is a personality conflict between two other people and doesn't involve you, I'd leave it alone.
