Does the graph of every quadratic function have a y-intercept? why or why not?

Please help, ty :) :)
Someone pleaseeee help I rlly need this answer.

For real equations, yes.

The general quadratic equation is y = ax^2 + bx + c, and a y-intercept is where x=0, so for all real values of c, the quadratic equation will have a real y-intercept (at y=c). QED
