How can I get help?

My family and I have lost just about everything. We had a car that we let go back to the loan company, because my boyfriends mother passed away and we got left her car. Now the same day we let the car go the transmission in his mother's car went out. Now we have no money to get another car. I am only working part-time and my boyfriend is looking for a job and has been unsuccessful at finding one. We have 3 kids living at home with no way of getting them back and forth to school. Is there anywhere out there that we can get some type of help getting out car repaired or getting one donated to us. We have had to sell just about everything we owned because we just don't have any money to get us through. If there is anyone out there that can help us we would be very grateful.

I would suggest you call the information number for your local government, explain the situation to them and ask what options are available. You can also call churches in your area and ask. Even though they may not be able to help you, they may be able to connect you with someone that can.
