Merc tiptronic gearbox problem

thanks for your advice, but the transmission been fully serviced by specialest merc who changed the gearbox filter and gasget and have new oil for it,but the car transmissiom still not changing as should while the car is cold and as I said after 1min works fine, however you wouldnot thing that the spicalest could use the rong oil for the transmission. but some other people telling me that could be the transmission ecu unit which is not comunicating correctly with the engin and others talled me that could be the air flow sesnser, so still do not know what els or what to start with so I can do the right thing to sort it out but not to start spending much on things that dose not need to be changed. thank for you all

You could just warm up your car for 1 minute before you start driving to minimize wear and tear that happens when it doesn't shift properly.

A car forum might be a better place to ask. Here are two for Mercedes:

Good luck!

If it's a real heat related problem, it will take it longer to work properly in cold weather than when warm outside. If the warmup time seems constant regardless of outside temperature, I'd look at the ECU.

This problem sounds like it may be beyond the typical do it yourself project and may require some diagnostic equipment. If the specialist did all of that work to it, surely he/she offered some idea on what's causing the problem?
