Do I have herpes?!

Last month I was blood tested for herpes and it was negative. Since then, ive been having a lot of sex with a number of girls, protected and not. This weekend especially, I had atleast 5 or 6 hours of sex with 3 different girls. The reason im explaining the amoumt of sex is because I was hoping that the red spots on my penis are from friction or something like that. Also, my penis hole is a little swollen, it may have even split a little on the bottom and its freaking me out. and it kinda hurts. again, hopefully it was from having so much sex haha. Is there any way that I dont have herpes? The spots are dry and the biggest one is a little shiny. There are no visible clusters on the sores. My inguinal glands are not swollen which is the biggest reason I dont think I have herpes. Please guys, help me out.

You should get to a doctor ASAP. Seriously, don't wait to see if it goes away. Get to a doctor now.

Remember this terrible dread and fear you're feeling right now, and make better, safer choices in the future.

The test for Herpes actually tests for Herpes antibodies not the Herpes virus. It takes about 4 months for your body to generate enough antibodies to have a valid test. 80% of the people that have herpes don't know it as they have no symptoms or very very mild symptoms. But they can still give it to someone else.

As for having protected sex - sorry that isn't enough. The virus is caught by skin to skin contact and may be present in places not covered by a condom. A condom will reduce but not eliminate the chances of catching it.

Oh yea, depending on what sub-group you are in/frequent 20%-50% of your partners will have herpes.

For the technical. I have been talking about HSV-2 not HSV-1 as most people mean HSV-2 when they say Herpes.
