Text fade in and out stiil see the pic

how do I make the text fade in and out and over the picture if anyone can help thanks ?

A transparent font that allows the degree of transparency to be set. By changing the transparency in a GIF file or a video, it will fade in and out. It's not magic but you need the software tools to do it.

Example:
25 images stepped from 0 to 100 percent transparency in steps of 4 percent per image with a time interval of one fourth second would do the fade in approximately six seconds.
