Some people think that their eating is the only thing they can control and that it's their body and no one else's business. This is very unhealthy. It this is goign on with you, you should talk to someone, like a counselor.

I wish I could eat whatever I want too without having high blood pressure. But that's not the way the world works.
Yeah, I know what you mean. That runs in my family (so do diabetes and heart disease) so I have to be really careful about what I eat, keep my weight normal, and exercise regularly. Truly, I'd rather eat a dozen cookies for breakfast than oatmeal, Greek yogurt and an apple, but eating healthy beats the alternative (which is croaking years to soon for preventible reasons).
