Whether it's the person handing out water or the guy who's field goal the won the game, everybody that's ever been a member of a team has helped achieve it's goals in one way or another. That's why team efforts are much more effective at solving problems than individuals trying to do it alone. Who's more important, the person that packs the parachutes or the one that jumps out of the airplane?
