Body pains everywhere?

I know I should be going to a doctor but my mom never bothers to take me. I've been having body aches and pains all week long. In the beginning of the week, I woke up on Sunday with a bad headache, and my back was slightly hurting. Monday, I woke up, my back still hurting and my feet aching. Tuesday my back worsened and my thighs were sore. Wednesday everything just got worse. The muscle around my armpit hurts. Even the slightest poke to my back on the upper right side would hurt it. I had really sore thighs today so I could barely do any leg warm ups for PE. My neck is also in constant pain. It's been a year now... I always have to crack it in a way. I know this is serious but my mom never bothers to take me to the doctors...

I'm sorry you're having trouble. I've had you on my mind since your comment on the other night. Does your school have a nurse? Can you go to your guidance counselor and say you need help getting that checked out? What about contacting your social worker?

Yeah we have a school nurse. I told her i've been really sore and aching all the time but all she told me to do was get some rest. She didn't say much. I don't want to tell my social worker cause i'm afraid she's gonna think it's my moms doing thats causing all this pain.
Have you been resting? Do you ache in areas that you haven't strained or exerted? If so, then go back to your nurse and tell her that. Tell her this has been going on for over a year, it's not going away, your symptoms are much worse, and you really need some help because you can't get to a doctor and you need her to figure out what's going on.
I try to get some rest but i'm drowned in tests and exams. Then I have my mom nagging me around with chores. I'm not really straining in places I haven't strained before but it just hurts. It stopped hurting sometime today earlier but i'm pretty sure it'll come back. I don't know if it's going to be safe for me because I plan on starting conditioning for football.
Gosh, I have no way of knowing what's going on with your body. I'm totally not a doctor. Talk to the nurse and try to convince her to help you get to a doctor.
Maybe I just try too hard in sports or I sleep wrong.
