i have a a sister that uses facebook but keeps getting abused by some HK named mattsta try hard scott, she blocks him but he keeps making new accounts to get at her. should I call the police?

just get ur sister to block him directly through hotmail or report it if that does not work then call the police they can track his ass down. theres no point trying to hack him to piss him off.
