My lil sister came into my room when I stayed at a friends and wrote all over my walls with texture I have tryed everything that I can think of.

How do I get texture off my walls?
How to get anything off depends on what's holding it on there and what the wall is made of. Sanding it will likely take it off but the area will have to be refinished with sheetrock mud and repainted.

well my walls are wallpapers so snading it will just reck it wont it?

Most likely it would damage wallpaper. The only other possibility I could think of would be to steam the wallpaper off and paint that one side of the wall with a coordinated solid color. Depending on the layout of the room, that might or might not work.

What kind of texture are you talking about? Most texture is water-based and WILL come off with a wet sponge, rubbing and just a little patience. Especially on wallpaper.
