Where is the best place to go on vacation in asia?

I am planning a trip to Asia next year and wondered which was the best country to go to? I am already going to vietnam, can I combine it with another country?

I'm partial to visiting Buddhist holy sites in India, Nepal, Sikkim and Bhutan.
