It depends on how good of a singer you are or think you are. I sing but I wouldnt say I am proffesional. If you mum doesnt care at all then what does that tell you? If you are really confident sing to your friends and if you have lots of positive comments and think you are redy to take it to the next step then go on a talent show or something.

what happen if I can sing and dance but ppl dont think I can do it becaussse off my color and ppl dont think I can sing cause im a tom boy and the talent show I s coming up and im scared to sing or dance sould I go for it..................haters you can kill yo self

You will never accomplish anything you don't try. Don't use your color or tom-boy looks as an excuse for not making it as a singer. If black and gay Little Richard did it back in the 1950's, you surely can do it today if you have the talent and are willing to put the work in it.
