everytime my mother gets alittle cold, her hole body that is cold gets hives! but today it was cold and we wer working and her heart felt like it was pumping out of her chest then her hole left side went numb

If she consumes a lot of drinks with caffine in them, that can cause the pounding heart. The numbness could have something to do with that also. I would tell her to write down everything she consumes and review the list if it happens again.
