How do I take a snap shot view of what my pc sees?
The print screen button is usually somewhere above the num pad and says prt sc.

Holding down the Left-Shift key and Print Screen at the same time will copy the screen image to the Clipboard. Next, load a graphics editor Start/Programs/Assessories/Paint will work. Start a new drawing, right click on it and select 'Paste.' Shazam!
