Like what kind of papers do I need. What kind of video cam corder will I need. How do I make good speacial effects like stabbing. Where do I get good real looking props like arms. Im on a low budget. How do I make it a big hit movie. How do I get this movie on the big screen in theaters.

Google "movie making on a budget." There are many articles that approach the project from different steps in the process like writing, producing and distributing.

I would also look at how The Blair Witch Project did it. They proved that the door is open to anybody that can make something the public wants to buy.
