How do you softed brown sugar

The object is to put the moisture that has dried out back in the sugar. Place the sugar in an enclosed area with boiling water in a bowl beside it so the enclosure fills with steam. If you have a microwave, you can put the sugar in the microwave with a cup of water and boil the water to create the steam.
