The Internet is a tool that will help you perform some jobs like moving data back and forth or finding reference material. It isn't a cash cow that you can milk for money. If that was possible, everybody would be doing it.

My advice would be to get a job with someone local and, if you can use the Internet to do the job with less effort or work at home, use it that way. Don't send money to anybody on the Internet who says they will show you how to make money online. The object of a job is to use your skills to get money for yourself, not contribute to somebody else's dream.
