What number to call in vodafone to change stuff

ok iam on vodafone but want to changee to optus but want to keep the same number.so I want to transfer the number from vodafone to optus but the problem is that. okay the problem is that the sim is on my mums name who does not use it and its my number but when she registered the sim she put her name down idk y she did that. but the number is mine and I wanna have it on my name . so pliz someone tell ,me which number shall I call 2 change my sim details . thnkz

you need to go into the vodafone shop and make sure that you take your mum with you so that she can tell the shop that it is her name and everything then you tell them that you want to change the sim into your name and they should do it straight away for you :)
