Is it bad to have sex with a younger person?
how old r u ..if you two are both over 18 then totally fine then but if you over 18 and thats person is 17 and under then no

If you mean "bad" as in "illegal" it depends on the state.
If one person is 18 and the other is a minor, it's almost always illegal. In some states, even if BOTH parties are under 18, it's still illegal if there is more than a 3-year age difference, or if one person is under 14 years old. It is still illegal even if the younger person consents; the judges don't consider that "legal" consent because you have to be 18 to legally consent.

The human body is biologically capable of producing children many years before the two people that created the child are capable of caring for it. The laws also consider that older people are capable of manipulating children into doing things that they will be very sorry they did later in their lives. The laws protect children until they have matured enough to understand the consequences of what they're deciding.
The consequences for the older person are also important. If you are convicted of being a pedophile, you will serve time in a penal facility where the other prisoners are very hostile toward pedophiles and once you get out, your name will be on a public sex offender's list for the rest of your life.
