Need advice from anyone that has experience with being evicted.

We are living in a manufactured home. We currently are buying the home and paying lot rent. We are trying to find away to get out of the contract of buying the home. But it seems as tho the only way to do so is to get evicted.... I was curious of how long the process of being evicted takes. our goal is to move out the end of May and we were thinking of just not paying lot rent/house payment for May... But if it could take up to 60 days to evict someone then we were thinking of not paying April's lot/house payment either.... Any Advice would be appreciated!!!! Thank you!!!!

If you live in the US it all depends on what state you live in. Go to the link below and click on the state where you live.

Thanks, but I'm more-so looking for advice from those who have personally experienced being evicted. We're not trying to avoid it.... In fact we're at no risk of being evicted at all. We just don't know any other way to get out of this contract except an eviction. So we wanted to know how long the eviction process is.

If you get an answer from someone in a different state, the answer isn't going to apply where you live. The laws are very different. Some local and county governments have additional ordinances. How long the process takes depends on what the laws are where the eviction is done.
