Losing that much weight in that little of time is actually really bad, and you can't just go on a diet you have to make a lifestyle change. I used to be the fat kid too so don't worry. Change your what you eat, eat less junk food and make sure to get all of the food groups in. Try to drink water over any kind of drink, that means very little soda and anything like that. Try to exercise every day. That could be running or going to a gym.

I use to force myself to throw up.... I stopped doing it when it started popping blood vessels around my eyes and I started throwing up blood. You really shouldn't be doing that it's terrible for you! and a really bad habit to be getting into....
I have also struggled with my weight my entire life. So I totally feel your pain. What I have been doing lately is, everytime I feel the need to snack I grab a fruit or a veggie. Like a celery stick. I know that this is so much easier said than done but once you start eating healthier and going for a walk or exercising daily you will start seeing results!
At one point I lost 35lbs by doing exercise videos! I tell ya, Richard Simmons became my best friend!!! For me doing his videos felt more like dancing than it did work! It was in the privacy of my own living room and it was fun! I got to the point that it became a part of my daily routine!
Stay positive! Talk to your parents, I bet they would be more than happy to accommodate exercise dvds/videos and healthier foods in your home!
Good luck! And know that you are not alone! You Can Do This!

By throwing up your food, it creates a lot of health problems for you. Like with your liver and such. (Maybe you already knew this) But PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't do that.

Anywho, do some exercise. Figure out what works for you. Personally, everyday, I don about 30 seconds of planking (which includes you in the push-up position only with your forearms down instead. That was probably confusing, Google it). Or maybe even try that Zumba dancing thing, that looks like fun!

Another part of this is eating healthy. Try cutting out all fats and carbohydrates and starches out of your diet. This includes foods like potatoes, pasta, breads, candy, ice cream, cake. Also, cut out sodas and any kind of substituted energy drinks from your diet as well. Instead of eating all of these, sub in fruits and veggies. Go to your local Farmers Market to find low prices and stock up on them. You can also look up cool recipes that you can use fruits and veggies in. You could probably discover a hidden talent of cooking like a pro!

Good Luck to you, and I hope this helps. Stay healthy!
