So lately some things have happened in my life that are causing me to have a :

It sounds like a panic attack, but we would need to know if you are going through a lot of stress or at least some stress. It could be other things, even a B-12 deficiency, whatever. Now, if you are under a lot of stress right now, then it does sound like a fairly classic panic attack.

At the time it happened I was being blackmailed by a person. I was freaking out not knowing what to do, but it's all settled now. Thanks.
Could be, but there are other serious things that could cause those symptoms. You need to see a doctor.

I've had a panic attack before. I had trouble breathing, my stomach was hurting, I had stomach cramps, I was really dizzy. I had trouble standing up. I couldn't eat cause anything I ate, I would choke on. I was shaking, if you gave me a cup, I would accidently spill everything out. <-- this is a panic attack... So see a doctor next time.

Change the way you are thinking. It is your thoughts that are making you feel sick. Try to meditate. Alot of people with panic attacks feel like they are going to faint but that is impossible because your heart is pumping alot of blood to your brain so you will not faint. Also breath, slow and deep. Hope this will help, there are also alot of self help books out there invest in one.

Sounds like anxiety attacks. But best bet is to write down symptoms when they happen, what you were doing even the time of day and what is going on in your life at that time and during the day and then take it all to the doctors. Do the journal for a couple of incidents.
