How can I lose weight ALONE? This is a serious problem need help please.

I am 360lb (pounds) and I am 17 I really need to lose weight but my self esteem is so low that I refuse completeyl to go to a gym or do P.E. at school, I want to lose weight but every time my mam, dad or grandad says something to me my self confidence is knocked back again so I am always angry and I never want to do anything (like actually go for a walk to help myself) because I want to spite them, I cma currently going through through a lot of personal stress sue to sexual confusion and I also had a serious accident on a trampoline where I broke about 7 really tiny bones in my back and neck and I tore lots of ligaments and muscles so I have problems with vigorous excersise. I really need help to get my self motivated because I am basically like a sloth, look it up if you don't know what it is because you will be shocked! I REALLY REALLY NEED HELP this is going to kill me if I don't start to help myself without my parents and grandparents bugging me all of the time, my other question is that are any of you able to tell me what I should say to my MENTALLY UNSTABLE mother the just goddamn leave me ALONE?!!

I was the same way, you must must must learn how to turn their hate towards you into motivation to PROVE THEM WRONG!!!! Stick to 3 meals with two snack in between but healthy ones. If you don't have healthy snacks than dont indulge. If you do indulge in a bad snack split that one snack into two snacks. Meaning eat half the bag between breakfast and lunch and the other half between lunch and dinner. Now you have to make water your best friend even if you don't like it. Water alone can make you lose weight. Now this is how I do it. I drink 8 ounces before a meal and 8 ounces after a meal. That's 16 ounces right. Now make it cold and it will make you feel full. If you do that for breakfast lunch and dinner, you've consumed 16x3=48 ounces of water. I start burning fat at 56-64 ounces so that way I get all 64 in is by doing this. Soon as I wake up in the morning I have a glass right when I goto the bathroom first thing, so put an 8 ounce cup in the bathroom. I do the same at night before I goto bed. So you add that 16 to the 48 ounces that you drink before and after every meal you got 48+16= 64. You can lose by diet alone to be honest. The benefit in working out walking etc is that you tone as you go so you won't be flabby persay. But losing weight to me has been 80% what I put in my mouth. stay closest to foods that are closest to their natural state. In other words processed box meals etc are not closest to natural. You're better off buying real meats and vegatables and cooking that to you liking with light amounts of carbs. I don't encourage taking carbs completely out because if you do, the moment you eat them again they will super size your weight gain and the body will fight you to let it go again. So it's best to keep some carbs but very little. also don't when you make a plate for yourself, don't let you food touch, see if you can make portions with enough space around each portion about a half inch apart this is how I control portions. If I go out to eat, I eat half now and the other half later for another one of the meals (Control yourself and your urges to hurt yourself by overeatting). I BELEIVE IN YOU, but you have to BELEIVE IN YOURSELF. This is a selfish accomplishment and no ones responsibility but yours from hear on out. YOU CAN DO IT. YOU CAN ALWAYS REINVENT YOURSELF whenever you get ready. Walking should be therapy from the pain of your past and current hurts, its a must for your emotional recovery. After while you'll find yourself joking for one minute and then going back to walking and then jogging for 2 minutes and keep increasing it. But don't overwhelm yourself the first day/week because it will discourage you to go back and try again due to the muscle pain. Good Luck...a distant Friend...remember WATER-WATER-WATER......NIKE....JUST DO IT!!!

The mathematics of body weight are fairly simple: When you eat 3500 calories more than you burn, you gain one pound. When you burn 3500 pounds more than you eat, you lose one pound so it's pretty clear that the answer is increase the burn and decrease the consumption. How?

One of the most effective ways to deal with it is to "burn the yearn." Any time you find yourself scanning the refrigerator or reaching for a bag of junk food, put it down, head for the door and walk at least a couple of miles. Exercise will relieve the anxiety and turn your negative habits into something positive.

This isn't about anybody but you and it's not about today. Focus farther down the road. Five years from now the difference in your life will be like night and day. An extra added bonus is, every minute you spend out walking is a minute you don't have to deal with your, "mentally unstable mother." As GOODGRL74 says, "Just Do It!"
