My age 22year and 140 ESR cell in my body how I can reduce ESR cell for normal condition

Asked Feb 22, 2011
The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) is a generalized measurement of inflammation that is used as an indicator to help diagnose many different conditions. It is not a smoking gun indication of any one condition rather a tool to aid your healthcare provider in diagnosis. The key to reducing the ESR level would depend on what's causing it to elevate.
