How much someone talks doesn't have anything to do with whether he likes you or not. Some people just don't have much to say.

All it takes to really appreciate that is to have a relationship with someone that won't shut-up. :-)

well ... PERSONAL EXPERIENCE . but my previous bf was in fact a cheater . we would talk ALL the time and then we broke up for like three days . about a week later he never talked to me , and I found out he was cheating on me . JUST SAYING .

but , what I think is actually happening here might be because he's playing hard to get (if you guys just started to go out-maybe he just needs to get to knw you a bit better). or he could just be shy or maybe he just doesnt know how exactly to approach you . maybe he's not used to it . call him and be like "heyy , I just wanted to talk about us . you know how we never talk ..." and so on .
