me and my lover [that does not know I love him] r both 13 and he likes my 9 year old sis I want to be mad at her but I guess its not her fault what should I do....do I tell him I love him? please tell me? I am in a tough spot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should call lover boy and tell him your sister is a little kid that has no more of a clue about a relationship than he does.

I understand that many young people want to get to adulthood as fast as possible but that's a huge mistake.
