Red light camera traffic ticket several clerical errors can be dismissed? how?

I got a traffic ticket form a red light camera in city of commerce, ca. When I received the ticket in the mail, I realized they had most of my information wrong including my name, driver’s license, birth date, height, and weight. I do not know whose information they put down. It is neither me nor my primary of the vehicle. My primary and I does not know whose driver’s license that belongs to. The image and license plate in the picture is of me. However, everything else is wrong. I could not even hire an attorney to fight it in court for me as he said it would need the permission of the person who owns that driver’s license to fight it. Is there a good chance of me fighting the ticket and having it dismissed? Can I write the court a letter saying that they have the wrong person and dismiss it that way? Any tips on writing the letter since I do not know any court jargon? Or would it be best to show up in court to contest it? Thank you for any input you may have!

Note: I made an extension on the Supreme Court website, not sure if this may make it more difficult on my end to fight it.

Ticketclinic.com was the company that said they couldn't go to court and contest for me. I called another company called ticketbust.com and they said they could write a letter of declaration. I've just about called every attorney/lawyer that I could find online and I do not know who it is I can really trust. I don't want to have to pay $200-250 + my ticket if I don't win (if avoidable). Does anyone have any suggestions of someone they could recommend to me?

Also, helpful answers in regards to my question are much appreciated. Please do not just simply state that I deserved it or any other comments that are not helpful at all. Thank you for understanding =)

If the name on the ticket is not your name you can put it back in an envelope and return it to the sender saying "this person doesn't live at this address." You don't have to respond to a court document with somebody else's name.

They may straighten up their records and sent you a corrected one and then you will have to deal with it but a court summons is issued by name, not by a photo.

Thank! Going to do that right away!

Update: I just wrote the letter. I was wondering if you could do me a favor and take a quick look at it to see if it is acceptable to be mailed in. Thank you so much for your help!

To Traffic Enforcement Office,

Please void the ticket. Based on the information that is provided, the traffic ticket that belongs to (Name on the ticket) does not belong to anyone in this household. There is no one who lives here with that name, that driver’s license or birthdate printed on the ticket. Please dismiss or void this ticket. Thank you.
I wouldn't send a letter. Just write on the document that there is nobody at this address with that name or "not this address." Once you start explaining, you have to explain all of it including the pictures.
