Help me please!

so I have a iphone 3gs but I have not put the sim in the phone yet so I left it in my samsung solstice touchscreen..so my granddad wanted to buy it so he looked at it and I forget to get the phone from him so I went to bed for the night I woke and went downstairs he tells me he wants to buy the phone so I said ok ..i got the phone and was gonna txt me friend .to check on her I looked a my contacts and he deleted my contacts(it took me a year to get my crush #) now hes say it not deleted..and it is ..im so madd at him ritee now hes old (62) and it was not his phone that was very rude for him to do that ...can someone help get my contacts back please im dying I really need them people I known people for years that moved away and I cant reach them ..so I need help to get my contacts back on my samsung solstice

If he says the contacts haven't been deleted, ask him to show them to you so you can get the numbers. If he can't produce them, how could anybody here do it?
