me and my ex were together about 2 years. and we split up about 2 years ago. I started dreaming about this person about 6 months ago and have everytime I go to sleep even if im not thinking about her at that day.

Are you in a relationship now? if not then maybe you miss the intimacy of being with someone and if you are in a relationship then maybe you new partner is missing something that your ex had.
