Arnold was a Revolutionary War general that switched sides to the British during the war and eventually lived in England where he advised the King and later shuffled between England and St. John, New Brunswick until he died in 1801. Although he was not admired in England, I can find no date when he was "arrested" by British soldiers, at least not for the treason he was accused of.
