Why am I scared of vomiting?

i am really scared of puking and I dont know y? I am so scared of it, tht I got anxiety! HELP!

If you get sick and feel you have to throw up, remember that it's a perfectly natural and safe process that most every has done before. The only time it's dangerous is when someone does it while lying on their back.

Naturally most people are scared or frightened by vomit. It really is a displeasing thing and very messy. I hate the feeling that I get when I hear or see it from another person. Like Rob said its safe unless you are on your back.

It gets things really messy. You might be scared because you'll puke all over
everything. I puked once and I was brave. I didn't puke on people.

It tastes bad.
