If you are pregnant, you aren't the first person that ever had a child at 16. The social service system's primary concern is the welfare of the baby. If you demonstrate a reasonable ability to care for the child, they will have no interest in taking it from you.
Whether your boyfriend is in trouble will depend on how the law is enforced where you live and whether your aunt pushes for prosecution.
The first step is to find out if you are in fact pregnant. If you are, accept the responsibility and both you and your boyfriend learn as much as you can about parenthood. Don't make the mistake of shutting your boyfriend out of the process. It's important that he bond with the child so he will willingly support it.
If it turns out you aren't pregnant, both of you should consider this a wake-up call. One of the defects in nature is that people are capable of producing children long before they're able to financially support and care for them.
