Starting a workout?

Im 15 years old and I am the weakest person I have ever met and also the least physical fit I know I enjoy cycling but cant get out enough to do it
anyone know some decent indoor workout methods and also roughly how many or how long I should be doing each one for

You can do a lot with a couple of dumbells. Start out slow. If you're not sore the next day, increase the number of reps gradually until you feel it.
