I agree with Rob. If you're bored out of your mind, you're gonna eat. But just learn to recognize bored hunger:
1) It's totally random-normal hunger is gradual
2) You don't get full, no matter how much you eat-when it's normal, you get full when you've had enough
So yeah, if you think you're hungry because you're bored, go do something to distract yourself. And exercising will help you lose lots of weight.
