Is there any door key made for one time use only?

I just moved into a condo and need to provide my door key to the HOA. I have seen the Board members in other units for non-emergency nature. Is there any key I can give them that is for one time use only, so I can monitor if someone has used the key.

They make lock boxes that real estate agents use that can be locked to the door knob. You put the key to the front door inside the box and give the HOA the key to the lock box. When you don't want them to have access, remove the lock box and put it inside the house.
