Something's probably wrong. Call a horse vet.

If you have a horse, you definitely need to start reading up about them

Get some books, type "horse health" into google, or "owning a horse"

Example website:

If reading isn't your thing... I'm sure there's probably tutorials and lessons on youtube, or find some friends or acquaintances who know more than you and talk to them.

Take a class about horses, or go to a horse-themed summer camp, depending on how old you are. I worked at a ranch summer camp for a couple of years as a teenager, and learned a lot.

Horses are people too, you got to know about them if you want to take care of them and you don't want them to be sick.

if there's a lot of gas and stomach sounds, your horse is trying to get up, but unable, and is very bloated, he likely has colic, which is an emergency and needs to be treated immediately. it's survivable, but definitely an emergency. if ever you see your horse down and unable to get up, it's a life or death situation and the vet needs to be called.
