What does it mean when a girl blows into another girls ear?

im 15 and shes 17 I met her last year and we became really close she liked 2 give me hugs and all the time during lunch she would grab my waist and blow in my ear I know guys do it to kinda turn a girl on but I never payed attention to her cuz it was a normal thing she would always do. but this year she wont even hug me or anything. so what does her blowing in to my ear mean? & do u think she used to like me? sorry I have 2 questions.

Either she use to like you or she was teasing you, something like this happened to me too, and it ended up as a tease. But you never know unless you ask her if she use to like you.
